02.07.06 Girls Hockey

U-32 past Missisquoi, 3-2. Michelle Bolduc scored twice and had one assist to power U-32. Kelly Whitcomb scored the game-winner and Ali Freeman made 15 saves for the Raiders.

South Burlington beat Champlain Valley, 4-1. Kylie Kozlowski netted two goals and Caitlin Pecor and Ashley Moirano scored once for SBHS. Rebecca Shaw made 17 saves.

Colchester shutout Harwood, 8-0. Chelsea Furlani notched a hat trick and three assists to pace Colchester. Sarah Reuschel collected two goals along with three assists, while Katie Bilodeau (three assists), Katie Fitzgerald (one assist) and Brittany Stevens also scored.

BFA-St. Albans blanked Middlebury, 5-0. Caitlin Manahan netted two goals and assisted on another to lead BFA. Jessica Paquette, Erica Robertson and Holly Reed also scored and Meagan Fitzgerald stopped 23 shots for the Comets.

Mount Mansfield shutout Rice, 3-0. Kristen Kondor, Sophia Pitt and Kristin Engle tallied for MMU. Lydia Corriveau turned aside 17 shots for the shutout.

Hartford edged Burlington, 5-4, in overtime. Madison Hayes had three goals for the Hurricanes while Kyle Lyons added two goals and Andrea Dore made 23 saves. Maggie DiMasi had a hat trick for Burlington.

Stowe defeated Spaulding, 2-1. Hannah Ros and Alison Vigneau scored for Stowe. Kristen Chambers and Erika Nichols recorded assists. Claire Francis made 16 saves.

Colchester blanked North Country, 5-0. Chelsea Furlani led CHS with three goals and one assist. Lauren Lesage and Addy Keyser also scored for the Lakers and Katie Bilodeau picked up two assists.

Vergennes edged Mount Mansfield, 35-30. Mandy Scott led Vergennes with 14 points. Katherine Williams tallied 12 points for MMU.

Milton topped South Burlington, 38-33. Sarah Reis scored a game-high 17 points for Milton. Catherine Welch led SBHS with 15 points.

Middlebury defeated Mount Abraham, 44-41. Ashley Ross and Katie Hoxsie scored 13 points each to lead Middlebury. Chelsea Jipner scored 13 to Mt. Abe.

Lamoille won 53-46 over Missisquoi. Rachel Wellman racked up 22 points to power Lamoille. Jess Young added 14 points and Alison Wells contributed 12 for the Lancers. Laurel McWilliams scored 17 points for MVU.

Montpelier outscored Oxbow, 64-43. Leslie Mencia led MHS with 16 points. Beth Dellipriscoli contributed 15 and Kendra Dowen chipped in 10 for the Solons.

Hazen beat Danville, 54-52. Stephanie Barclay scored 20 points for Hazen. Angie Mayo added 10 for the winners. Michelle Kittredge led Danville with 13 points.

Randolph won 48-34 over Harwood. Laura Koloski tallied 17 points to lead Randolph. Claire Goodwin paced Harwood with 10 points.

North Country won 8-4 over Stowe. Conner Donnelly notched a hat trick and had two assists to power NCU. Corey Pronto collected two goals and four assists, while Evan Judd, Tyler Perkins and Ryan Coulter also scored.

South Burlington won 50-45 over Champlain Valley. Emmanuel Muderhwa led SBHS with 26 points. Matt Gannon had 16 for CVU.

Mount Mansfield beat St. Johnsbury, 42-33. Sam Lacy and Matt Glass collected 15 points apiece to lead MMU. Ethan Paquette paced SJA with 11 points.

Burlington outscored Essex, 71-50. Louis Williams tallied 20 points to power BHS. Adam Chicoine contributed 15 for the Seahorses. Joey Visker dropped in 17 points for Essex.

Rice Memorial beat North Country, 70-53. Andrew Preston paced Rice with 18 points. Dan Reiss and Pat Bergmann added 10 each to the win.

Spaulding topped Colchester, 62-41. Jon Chaloux scored 30 points to lead Spaulding. Chrispatrick Cox chipped in nine for the winners.

Proctor won 52-40 over Black River. Randy Chartrand scored a game-high 23 points for Proctor. Kyle McQuarrie added 10 points to the win. Bobby Rohrig led Black River with 13 points.

Burr and Burton defeated Windsor, 60-49. Zach Cowan recorded a game-high 23 points to pace BBA. Doug Anton contributed 19 for the Bulldogs.

Mount Anthony beat Mount St. Joseph, 68-65. Andre Whyte netted 17 points to lead MAU. Peter Estes added 16 points and Colin Moore chipped in 14 points and nine rebounds for the Patriots.

Brattleboro ran past Hartford, 92-51. Ryan Boyle led all scorers with 22 points for Brattleboro. Will Franklin contributed 16, John Righi had 15, and Ryan Patterson tallied 13 for the winners. Shane Trombley had 19 points for Hartford.

Fair Haven topped Bellows Falls, 67-55. Troy Luther led Fair Haven with 19 points. Kurt Diercksen added 16 for the Slaters. Chris Mohn led BF with 18 points.
